We have FBA warehouses in the United States and Europe. Products in different warehouses have different shipping policies.
For products in the U.S. warehouse, shipping to the United States is free, but additional shipping costs are required to ship to other countries.
For products in the European warehouse, shipping to Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Italy and Spain is free shipping , but shipping to other countries requires additional shipping costs.
How to know which warehouse the product comes from?
On the product details page, there is a 'Warehouse' selection. the option 'United States' means the product from the US warehouse, and another option 'Europe' means the product from the European warehouse.
How to choose the shipping warehouse correctly?
If you want to ship the product to the United States, please select 'United States' in 'Warehouse' field on the product details page if possible.
If you want to ship products to Germany, France, England, Italy and Spain, please select 'Europe' in 'Warehouse' field on the product details page if possible.
If you want to ship products to countries other than the United States, Germany, France,the United Kingdom, Italy and Spain, please choose a warehouse closer to the destination, which means you can receive the goods faster. ie, the option 'Europe' is prefered for Austria, and the option 'United States' is preferred for Canada.
International shipping and additional freight
Only orders with a total weight of less than 20 pounds can be shipped internationally.This means that for orders over 20 pounds, products in the US warehouse can only be shipped to the United States, and products in the European warehouse can only be shipped to Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Italy and Spain.
For products in the U.S. warehouse, when shipping to countries other than the U.S., an additional shipping fee of $10 will be charged.
For European warehouse products, when shipped to countries other than Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Italy and Spain, an additional shipping fee of $10 will be charged.
For international shipping, you may also incur import duties/taxes/customs charges in your destination country. This is not part of our delivery charge and we recommend you investigate the import regulations of your country. It is our priority to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 working days, 3-7 working days standard delivery, 7-21 working days delivery for international orders.
Our logistics staff are not working on weekends or holidays, this means orders placed on a Friday or holiday will be dispatched on the Monday or after holiday. So don't panic if you don't receive your shipping confirmation over the weekend or holiday.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Please note that APO/FPO & PO Boxes are not accepted.
Track order shipping
Order Tracking is available online. Please track your order via the link https://www.swiship.com/track. Enter your tracking number from your email and find out when your order is expected to arrive.
SKL store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
